Who We Are

Norman Gallup is both owner and lead diver for Handytech Enterprises.  Norman began developing construction skills in the mid 80's and started diving in 1989.  Working as a commercial diver was the logical step to utilize his skills and provide a needed service for the industry.  This combination of skills became a natural  foundation for Handytech Enterprises which began in 2001.   Safety is a foremost priority for Handytech Enterprises.  Norman maintains CPR , First Aid and Oxygen Assist certifications along with the comprehensive supplies needed to provide a safe working environment.

All divers, surface support members and tenders for Handytech Enterprises are required to have  First Aid, CPR , and Oxygen Assist certifications.  Divers are required to have a minimum of 5 years diving experience.
